Chill Out Sailing is growing and we are looking for new captains !
Take part of a small but fast growing French company that provides tours on a sailboat in Long Beach and Marina del Rey, and bring people out in the water to show them the pleasure of sailing, feel the breeze, celebrate an event or even admire the dolphins !
Description: You will be in charge of being the captain during a charter on a sailboat or motorboat for a group of maximum 12 people, in Long Beach or Marina del Rey.
The charters last minimum 3 hours. You will have to make sure that the boat is in proper condition to welcome the guest: in good order and clean. You will have to rince and clean the boat once the charter is over. This is a job paid under 1099 contract, with random hours and mission, regarding the booking and availabilities of boats.
Requirements: US Coast Guards OUPV license (Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel) Good sailing skills Good knowledge of the area Great customer service ! (our clients find us through the reviews that we have) A good sense of social promotion is appreciated, as well as a speaking Chinese.
Open for men and women without distinction of ethnic origin, sexual orientation or politic views. Open to non American citizens, as long as they have the OUPV (which requires a green card)
